Before the introduction, operations were conducted using paper and Access, resulting in labor costs and expenses for creating, sending, inputting, returning, and aggregating paper documents. By implementing a web system that allows for the registration and viewing of employee evaluations, we contributed to cost reduction and improved operational efficiency, while also aiming for the proper evaluation and visualization of the process. 【Features】 ■ Employee master data is not retained on the web system; instead, it is imported from the core system in CSV format every half-year (evaluation period). ■ To enhance usability, we have implemented a list display using DataTables and a simple manual feature using Intro.js. *For more details, please contact us.
